About Marathon and MarathonITE

Marathon is the premier open source test automation tool for Java/Swing™ applications. Jalian Systems adopted Marathon in 2006 and is providing enhancements and support for this open source project.

Based on the same open platform of Marathon, Jalian Systems provides MarathonITE - Marathon Integrated Testing Environment, a commercial enhanced version of Marathon.

This document covers both Marathon and MarathonITE with focus on MarathonITE. However, where necessary we mark the sections that are relevant to only MarathonITE with ITE tag.
